Refund Policy: Sensors are backed by a 1 year warranty. The user is responsible for correct installation and application suitability. For a refund, sensors must be returned un-used in the original packaging within 12 months of receipt. The user is responsible for return courier costs. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Delivery Policy: Delivery time is specified in your contract already agreed to prior to sending out an invoice to you.
